Eli George established the Constable service of George and Associates in 1922. He worked as a constable in the City of Worcester until 1984, earning a reputation as a lawyer’s best friend in serving process and the Dean of Worcester Constables.
His son, William, entered business with him in 1957 after his Honorable Discharge from the Air Force, serving his country during the Korean Conflict. Bill is also a licensed auctioneer and notary public. Bill has since earned the title as Dean of Worcester Constables.
Edward Moynihan has been a constable in Worcester since 1995. He is also a notary public. He graduated from Holy Cross College in Worcester and worked for the State of Connecticut before becoming a Constable.
Both Ed and Bill are members in good standing with the Mass Bay Constables Association, (http://www.constables-mbca.org/) an organization of Constables throughout Massachusetts dedicated to keeping constables informed about changes in state law affecting the service of process in Massachusetts.
George and Associates also are members of Allied Constable Service and serve papers for APS International, an international process-serving group.
